Rhodomonas Salina Live Phytoplankton - Great for Feed or Science Projects!

Product Information: One of many phytoplankton live cultures offered by us. Rhodomonas Salina is a red marine microalgae commonly used for feeding filter feeding fish. This organism is more difficult to culture than the more common strains such as Tetraselmis or Nannochloropsis.

At Wild Chemicals our Rhodomonas is cultured using F/2 in a marine mix.

Our cultures are regularly examined for viability by reviewing cell color, morphology, and essential cellular functions to provide a healthy culture right to your door. 

Volume ordered may come in multiple bottles to meet your ordered quantity (ex. 2 16 fl oz bottles for a 32 fl oz order.)
